Accounts/Administration Assistant

The role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Accounts team on a full-time basis located in Bundall. This is a new role that will provide additional support to the team during a busy period of growth and cover a range of administrative and accounts related tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting the Accounts team with reporting
  • Sales & contract administration
  • Human resource support
  • General office duties
  • Skills & Experience


Must haves:

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience using Xero or similar accounting software
  • General bookkeeping experience and accounting knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, self-starter with a great phone manner; not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Ability to work proactively and meet key deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Competent with cloud-based software (G-Suite, Office365,)
  • Experience using Apple operating systems is preferred but not essential
  • A current driver’s license is essential for the role
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination status
