Accounts/Administration Assistant
The role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Accounts team on a full-time basis located in Bundall. This is a new role that will provide additional support to the team during a busy period of growth and cover a range of administrative and accounts related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting the Accounts team with reporting
- Sales & contract administration
- Human resource support
- General office duties
- Skills & Experience
Must haves:
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Previous experience using Xero or similar accounting software
- General bookkeeping experience and accounting knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, self-starter with a great phone manner; not afraid to pick up the phone
- Ability to work proactively and meet key deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Competent with cloud-based software (G-Suite, Office365,)
- Experience using Apple operating systems is preferred but not essential
- A current driver’s license is essential for the role
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination status
