National Media Pty Ltd (ABN 94 121 601 394) (“National Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”) owns and operates exhibitions, conferences, awards, competitions, and media products across multiple industries and sectors, including but not limited to food, hospitality, foodservice, construction, safety, and fitness.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of all digital platforms, websites, event registration systems, mobile apps, digital publications, and other services we operate or make available (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services – including attending our events or engaging with our content – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Tickets & Fees

Registrations may be subject to payment and availability. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold without prior written consent.

Behaviour

All attendees must behave professionally and lawfully. We may remove any person for disruptive or inappropriate conduct.

Photography & Filming

Events may be recorded, filmed, or photographed. Attendance implies consent to being captured and used in future promotional media.

Changes or Cancellations

We may cancel or reschedule events at our discretion. Refund or transfer policies (if applicable) will be communicated during registration.

Some content may be developed in collaboration with sponsors or partners and will be clearly marked. We do not guarantee the accuracy of sponsored content and disclaim liability for any reliance placed on such material.

7. Advertiser & Third-Party Promotions

Our Services may include advertisements or offers from third parties. Interactions with these third parties are solely between you and them.
